We are an e-commerce business looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in inventory management, bulk file uploads, and various administrative tasks related to our Amazon account. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our Amazon store.
Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and adjust inventory accordingly
- Create, update and manage product listings in a timely manner
- Implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and receipt of products
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and reconcile any issues
2. Bulk File Uploads
- Prepare and upload bulk files for product listings, price updates, and inventory adjustments
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Amazon's requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors related to bulk file uploads
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales performance
3.Administrative Tasks
- Handle Amazon account health and performance metrics
- Address and resolve Amazon Seller Central inquiries, notifications, and issues
- Manage customer reviews and feedback
- Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports to drive data-driven decisions
- Keep up-to-date with Amazon's policies and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role
- In-depth understanding of Amazon Seller Central and inventory management
- Proficient in bulk file uploads and data management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Knowledge of Amazon advertising, SEO, and keyword research is a plus
