I'm in need of a proficient virtual assistant experienced with Amazon Wholesale FBA. This role involves comprehensive account management including:
- Product Research and Sourcing: Identifying profitable products, conducting competitor analysis, and negotiating with suppliers.
- Inventory Management: Ensuring stock levels are optimal and preventing any potential shortages or overstock situations.
- Customer Service and Orders Management: Handling customer inquiries and overseeing order fulfilment.
- Brand Approval: Assisting with the process of getting brand approvals.
For product research, I would prefer if the virtual assistant uses Jungle Scout and/or Helium 10.
Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace. Prior experience in managing an Amazon account is a must.
