Amazon Virtual Assistant
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can support me in managing my Amazon seller account. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Amazon platform and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting product research: I need someone who can help me identify profitable products and trends on Amazon.
- Order tracking: Ensuring that all customer orders are processed and tracked efficiently.
- Customer support: Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Seller account management: Keeping my Amazon seller account in good standing, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
The VA is expected to work for 2-4 hours per day. It's important that they are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Past experience in Amazon sales or as a virtual assistant on the platform would be a huge plus.
