• Log in to my Seller Central account each business day.
• Update order status as items move from “Unshipped” to “Shipped,” “Delivered,” or “Returned.”
• Trigger the corresponding buyer notifications so customers stay informed.
• Record each change in my shared Google Sheet for easy tracking.
Accuracy and same-day turnaround are essential because my metrics and customer satisfaction scores depend on it. Familiarity with Amazon’s shipping timelines, handling times, and performance dashboard is a must.
