I need help building an Alexa Skill

I want to build a database of me answering people's questions with my voice on Alexa!
Alexa already has the ability to understand questions.
I simply want it to where
1. People can go in to my Alexa skill.
2. Ask their question
3. Alexa then sees if that question is in the database
4. It see its and then play the audio clip that is associated with that question
Can you help me with this?
