Alexa Help

Super easy job, I just don't know Alexa Skills very well. I have an internet radio station and an Alexa skill ha already been setup for it. But it doesn't work as expected on devices. I want people to be able to say "Hey Alexa, play Destin FM," but there is something missing because now it either goes to some other music app OR you need to download our player app before it will work. It does work fine on he Alexa ios app, thats's why I think I am missing a button tick or soemthing! I also need the name that is displayed to be corrected. Now it says DESTIN F M. I need it to display as DestinFM. Thanks for your time!
