KDP promotional campaign

I need someone who knows the ins and outs of KDP book promotions. Being able to launch an extensive marketing campaign to get my debut novel off the ground is a must. Knowing the correct people to contact in order to get promotional interviews, book reviews etc.

Basically taking a clueless debut novelist and knowing how to do everything required in order to launch his KDP career in the most advantageous way possible.
