Need videos moved from Vimeo to Podbean

I have about 250 videos that I need to move from Vimeo to Podbean. Here are the steps:
1. I need the videos downloaded from Vimeo and renamed
2. I need the videos uploaded to Podbean and given a title and the date of the video.
I need it completed in 10 days.
