Vietnamese-English Phone Translator Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I represent a Taiwan–U.S. firm sourcing a manufacturing partner in Ho Chi Minh City. I have already found several promising factories, but most of our outreach has stalled because their staff do not speak English and my Vietnamese is limited.
What I need now is a native-level Vietnamese speaker who is also fluent in English to step in immediately and handle all vendor phone communication for me. Your role will be to:
• Call each factory on my list, introduce our company, and obtain the right contact person.
• Translate live between me and the vendor during scheduled calls so that both sides understand questions on pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and technical capabilities.
• Summarize every conversation in English right after the call so I have clear notes for next steps.
This assignment is strictly phone based for now; I will continue handling emails myself once the initial contact is made. Because our sourcing timeline is tight, I would like to start as soon as you are available and wrap up the first round of calls within the next few days. If you are confident on the phone, comfortable with manufacturing terminology, and can begin right away, please let me know your availability and how many calls you can realistically cover per day.
