Vietnamese - English Immigration Outreach
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I need a fluent Vietnamese-English communicator to open doors for my firm with immigration companies across Vietnam. The immediate goal is to speak directly with decision-makers, introduce our services, and set up warm hand-offs that will both increase referrals to us and create room for joint service packages.
Here’s what the assignment looks like from my side:
• Compile a targeted list of reputable Vietnamese immigration consultancies if one isn’t already on hand.
• Call each office, reach the right contact, and present the mutual-benefit angle in Vietnamese and, when appropriate, in English.
• Record call notes and any next steps, then arrange follow-up calls or virtual introductions that move the relationship forward.
• Deliver concise weekly reports so I can see how many contacts were reached, who requested more details, and which partnerships are ready for a deeper conversation.
Phone outreach is the core channel, but you’re free to support calls with brief emails or plan in-person meetings when it will speed things up. I’m ready to start as soon as you are and I’d like to see the first batch of qualified, interested partners right away—speed is important on this project.
