I need a videographer for a virtual graduation ceremony shoot

Job ID: 33564757

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

California Institute of Arts & Technology will be hosting a virtual graduation ceremony on Tuesday, May 24th. This is a time-sensitive project, and speeches, musical guest and posting of the flags segments will need to be pre-recorded on campus and edited before the actual virtual graduation date, hosted online on June 4th.

WHAT IS NEEDED:

Here is a breakdown of what we’ll need to shoot ahead of time for the virtual graduation ceremony:

1) Presentation of the Colors
2) National Anthem or patriotic song (singer)
3) Welcome & Introductions from the President
4) Commencement Speaker
5) Two student speakers

The total shooting time will probably be 2-3 hours on May 24th.

To give an example of what the virtual graduation could look like, see:

NICE TO HAVE:

1) Voice over for naming-off of students

We’ll likely have between 50-75 students rsvp, and we will want them each to have their own slide with their name, degree path, honors, etc which we’ll want to VO to announce their names (the remaining students we can have a scrolling video with their names / degrees).

2). Assistance with creative editing for intros / outtros and transitions

We need to create a branded intro / outro as well as transitions for in between the different pre-recorded video segments. Our in-house team will assist with the organization / branding / design / presentation / creative direction of the different segments.

Please provide a quote either per diem or per hour depending on your billing preferences, and add in if editing & VO work as an optional add-on if you also provide these services.
