I need a videographer for real estate marketing. Would be great if also did photography.

I'm a real estate broker and have an upcoming multimillion dollar, 1.5 acre listing in Ventura County, CA. The difficult part is that it's not in the best shape. I will need a videographer that can tell the story of the property's potential. Also will need a photographer that can skillfully edit the photos to remove clutter and other unsightly aspects of the property. Would be amazing if the photos and/or video can be edited (or entirely digital) to show what the property would look like after being renovated.
