I need a Video Marketing Person for promotional Videos

I have a company where i provide professional development workshops to companies and organizations.

I need to market my services more so i need videos that show me during my in-person and virtual workshops so people can see my personality, engagement, knowledge, etc.

I need a YEARLY video person - meaning i need a long term person for this.

I need creative and engaging promotional videos for my workshops to market myself.
