You’ll help bring hundreds of artworks to life through high-quality video capture for a digital archive project.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking 2–3 freelance videographers to capture short, high-resolution video clips (7–12 seconds each) of artwork displayed throughout the museum. Filming will be done using your own iPhone, and you’ll be working closely with a small team onsite Monday through Friday, for up to 8 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record short, high-quality video clips of artworks using iPhone camera tools and settings
* Efficiently navigate museum galleries to meet daily video capture goals
* Follow detailed technical and creative guidelines to ensure consistency
* Maintain professionalism within museum spaces open to the public
* Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure quality standards are met
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Enjoys spending time in museums and appreciates visual art
* Physically comfortable walking and standing for several hours a day
* Tech-savvy with experience using iPhone camera settings and third-party apps
* Detail-oriented and capable of following clear instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and communicative
Requirements:
* Personal access to an iPhone 15 Pro/ Pro Max or above (or newer) running iOS 18.4 or later
* Familiarity with basic videography principles and iPhone camera tools
Availability to work full days , Monday–Friday, for up to 2 weeks
Ability to work on foot for extended periods within a large indoor setting
Compensation & Benefits: Pay rate: $15–$18 per hour
Full reimbursement for museum entry, parking, and public transportation
Work in an inspiring environment surrounded by world-class art
Guaranteed weekly pay, even if the project is completed early (subject to quality completion)
Immediate start preferred
Project Duration and Schedule: Project length: Up to 2 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-day shifts (up to 8 hours/day)
Flexible end date depending on project completion speed
Work begins as soon as possible
