I need someone to help with my Instagram content from the Vipassana meditation podcast. The tasks will include:
1. Listening to the podcast episodes, which are about 30-60 minutes long, and selecting approximately 4 interesting clips from each episode.
2. Creating an inspirational title and description for each clip.
3. Editing and posting these clips on Instagram as video clips.
