Videographer for non-profit event

We're a non-profit in the sector of refugee housing and support services in Bristol. On the 8th October, we're hosting a one hour event in our office, that we would like filmed. This event will include presentations, discussion and networking. We would you to produce a film 3-4 minutes long that would be suitable for our website and social media.
