Videographer for a Celebrity Meeting

My husband and I got a chance last minute to come to New York City and have a very exciting work meeting with a Celebrity. We would love to have it filmed in an elevated way thats better then just a cell phone footage could do. We would want to meet in Soho at 2:30 and film till 4:30.
