Videographer Needed for Street Interviews

I'm looking for a videographer (possibly a video editor) to help me produce some 'man on the street' interview videos.

The purpose of these videos is to mix entertainment with education. I teach English online to foreigners and the YouTube channel I'm going to create will be focused solely on allowing the viewer(s) to hear and imitate how real Americans speak.

This is not a 1-time gig. This will be a weekly (or) bi-weekly gig. We will go to some populated area with high foot traffic and simply ask each person a series of questions. The responses to each question will then be separated and used to make individual videos (one question per video.)

As you can see in the job description, this isn't the most 'creative gig'. I'm looking for a reliable videographer that's willing to walk around with me for a couple of hours and record all of my interactions with people. Then if possible, edit, add captions/subtitles (paid for by me), and upload the videos to YouTube.

Compensation is negotiable.
Must be in the Atlanta Metro area.
Must have access to a video camera.
