Video-journalist for Interview shoot in local language, with video and sound equipment

We need 1x professional video-journalist for a 1 day shoot in Madagascar (city TBC and date first 2 weeks of November). Ideally, the video-journalist speaks the local languages. Alternatively he/she would be accompanied by a translator. We also need the person to bring their own professional and high-quality video and audio equipment. Ex. Professional camera, Lavalier mic + sound recording system, basic lighting equipment, tripods and other accessories. Other technical details TBD previous to the shoot.
