Video Making Services For 100th Birthday Celebrations

My name is Shruthi.
I am looking for a person who can make a beautiful, memorable 20 to 25 minutes video on the legacy of my grandmother who is going to turn 100 years in a couple of months.
I’m looking for a video which will capture the grandeur of the life that she lived. The video will be having photographs of her children of her extended family. We won’t be having any mini videos because she was really born in a time where there weren’t any TVs is well.
We wish to play this video at her Centenary celebration which is due in April. Once I finalize the right person to make the video we will have discussions on what is the kind of media and the picture size resolution that you would be looking from me and I intend to get it collected from the family members.
I also want it to have a collection of video testimonials which I will gather from people and but again I am looking for the right resolution and which media type and player should be used.
The introduction should also have some funny Memes. Especially relating to Pushpa or Baahubali, strong female characters to be played in the Memes because my grandmother is a very strong family figure.
