Sports Facility Videography & Marketing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to tell the story behind our newly upgraded sports stadium and adjoining training facilities through a concise, documentary-style film, then amplify it with strong social media exposure.
The first priority is videography: a narrative-driven piece that blends interviews, facility walk-throughs, match-day atmosphere and behind-the-scenes footage. Expect to handle the full cycle—pre-production planning, on-site shooting, sound capture, editing, colour grading and simple motion graphics—delivering a polished 4-minute master plus a handful of short cut-downs optimised for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Alongside the film I need dynamic action shots of athletes in play. These stills will refresh our website hero banners and feed ongoing campaigns, so a knack for freezing high-energy moments with crisp framing and natural lighting is essential.
Once the visuals are ready, I’d like guidance on rolling them out: scheduling posts, selecting ad objectives and targeting to maximise reach without inflating costs. If you live and breathe tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom and Meta Ads Manager—and can keep an eye on a lean budget—you’re who I’m after.
Acceptance criteria
• One 3-4 min documentary-style video in 4K and 1080p formats
• Three 15-30 sec social edits (vertical & square)
• Minimum 40 edited action photographs (high-resolution JPEG + RAW)
• Basic social launch plan covering copy prompts, posting timeline and paid-ad settings
Tell me briefly how you’d approach the shoot, what gear you’ll bring and a realistic turnaround. I’m ready to lock dates as soon as we agree on the creative direction.
