Special Needs Prom Videography
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a compassionate videographer to capture our upcoming special-needs prom and turn the footage into a spirited, share-worthy film. This event is Night to Shine sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF) and hosted by Christ Methodist Church in Greenfield, WI.
NOTE: We will need a highlight video (short) within 12 hours of event to turn into TTF the next day by 10:00 a.m.
On the night, I’d like full coverage of:
• Arrival and red-carpet entrances
• Dance-floor fun and other activities
• The crowning ceremony
Afterwards, please edit everything into a single 30-minute video cut in a lively highlight-reel style—think upbeat pacing, short sound-bites, tasteful transitions, and royalty-free background music. Basic colour correction and simple lower-third titles for key moments will be enough; no elaborate motion graphics required.
A single camera with good low-light performance and clear onboard or external audio is fine. I’ll provide the timetable and any release forms once we agree. Final delivery can be an HD MP4 plus a downloadable link to the raw footage.
If you’re comfortable working respectfully with people of all abilities and can commit to quick, tidy editing, I’d love to hear how you’d approach the shoot.
