Shoot/edit an Instagram video

I need someone who has excellent camera angling skills, editing, can add voiceovers and/or music with a creative eye. Someone who easy to collaborate with and unders how the technology and science works for creating an awesome and captivating video. This is for instagram and will be 30 secs to about a min long. I already have an story board/music/set location etc. In place:)

Prefer you to be located in Hudson or Monmouth county as thats the shoot locations.
