Seeking documentary maker for social media content

I am looking for a Europe-based videographer who wants to collaborate on making 10 short (max 60 min) documentaries in which people are interviewed. I would interview the people so am looking for a documentary maker/videographer to film the interviews. All the visual aspects are a vital part of the story for me so I am looking for a true co-creator who loves bringing people's personal stories to life. I'm based in Belgium. Pref looking for someone in Belgium or surrounding countries.
