Saree Ceremony Photo-Video Coverage

I’m hosting a traditional saree ceremony and need complete visual coverage—both photography and videography—for a single, compact event that will run under four hours. The focus is on a classic, traditional style: crisp, well-lit portraits of the key rituals, dignified shots of family and guests, and a healthy sprinkle of candid, in-the-moment captures that show the joy of the day.

The flow of the function is fairly tight, so efficiency matters. You’ll need to move quickly between the main ritual space, greeting areas, and any informal gathering spots, making sure no important exchange or emotion is missed. Professional lighting, a stabilised camera setup for video (gimbal or tripod), and high-resolution stills are essential. Clear audio on the video side is important too, especially for mantras and speeches.

Deliverables

• A 3–5 minute highlight film in Full HD or 4K, colour-graded and set to licensed music
