Raw Footage Filming for Birthday

I'm hosting an adult (three-day) birthday get-away from March 7-9 and need a skilled videographer to capture candid moments throughout the event. The filming style should be raw footage, without any unnecessary edits or interruptions. It can be filmed with a handy camera and we're intending to do the post-production ourselves.
