Part time Videographer Needed + Long Term Potential
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm looking for a videographer to document my life. This is a 4 month commitment, with potential to grow thereafter.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to shadow another film maker in the creator world, build invaluable skills and become a crucial part of my Youtube experience.
I might just be starting out, but I'm no rookie. I have a strong vision, a clear plan and the necessary skills to execute successful brand development. But I am lacking that execution part...
That's where you come in.
At first, you'll be tasked with documenting my life and taking a burden off of my shoulders…3rd person filming. So bring a your camera and A game and we will figure it out from there. We will knock this project out of the park first, then see where we're at when the project is done.

1. Benefits:
Trajectory - You'll be part of an infant Youtube channel with a bold vision. You can potentially fill a longer term key role if that’s what you’re interested in.
Growth - To me, shadowing means an opportunity of knowledge transfer. While shadowing me, You'll naturally develop skills and character traits that helped me become a successful engineer, and how I am integrating some best practices into my creative work flow. But above all growth, we must constantly put self-care on a pedestal and keep that in our work environment.
Adventure - I'm always planning my next film adventure. The majority of our adventures in this project will require you to film me in public areas (i.e. city, parks, malls, local businesses, etc). But camping and the mountains is where my heart lies. (Hint hint)
Pay & hours - This is a part-time position. ~4 month, 2 days a week, 5 hours per day

2. Your Tasks:
Document my life in public with your camera and/or my gear (primary #1 task for payment)
Review and give constructive feedback on my post-edits and thumbnails (secondary task, engagement required but no expected work/grind from your end)
Shadow/execute the post-editing and thumbnail process (flexible engagement, not required, but part of the project on my end)
If interested, you can eventually help brainstorm and optimize my creative work flow (i.e. craft story lines, optimize audience retention, creative freedom, plan video ideas) (outside project scope, very flexible/no engagement)

3. Requirements:
Intermediate-Expert level of camera skills. It's okay to be a beginner in everything else, but remember that this is your #1 task for payment.
You're passionate about storytelling. You're passionate about movies, TV shows and storytelling. If all you care about is making special effects, this is probably not the job for you.
You love YouTube. You have to be the kind of person who grew up watching YouTube and loves it.
You love learning.
You're on a journey of self-improvement yourself. [a nice plus]

Must be located around Charlotte/Concord and surrounding areas (30-60 minute radius). I'm primarily based in Rowan/Stanley County, but we will be filming in various cities/towns.
