Livestreaming and Filming Educational Activities

Description
We are seeking a videographer or small production team to support a live educational activity recording.
The project requires livestreaming and local recording to SD card, along with professional filming coverage of activities taking place.

Location: Baltimore, City.
Date: Saturday, March 28
Duration: 9am-12pm (3 hrs)

* Filming of live educational activities
* Livestream setup and operation
* Simultaneous recording to SD card
* Professional audio and video quality

Required Capabilities
Applicants must be able to provide:

Filming
* Multi-angle video capture of activities
* Smooth camera movement or dynamic coverage
Equipment
* Cameras capable of livestream output
* Recording directly to SD card
* Basic audio capture (wireless or directional preferred)
* Livestream encoder or switching setup
Personnel
* At least 1–2 crew members capable of managing filming and livestream operations

Deliverables
* Livestream-ready production
* Video files recorded locally to SD card
