Live Video Podcast Recording At A Conference

Hi! We normally record our podcast remotely, however we have been asked to record one of our episodes in front of a live audience at a conference. So we need someone to capture the A/V. This will be produced in post, so this is strictly a capture (Audio and video - 2 possibly 3 camera shots - audio from up to 6 ppl - assume we can get audio from the board, but need back up plan in case that is not possible.
