Instagram Reels Videographer & Editor Needed
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for a creative and highly driven Videographer & Editor who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels that attract, engage, and convert viewers into leads. This role is crucial in building our brand presence and showcasing our architectural and interior design work in a compelling, story-driven format.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Planning
Develop engaging reel ideas aligned with current Instagram trends and business goals
Script short-form video content (hooks, storytelling, CTAs)
Plan shoot schedules based on site visits, completed projects, and campaigns
2. Videography
Shoot high-quality videos of interiors, exteriors, walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes
Capture aesthetically strong frames, lighting, and angles suitable for premium branding
Handle camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording when required
3. Video Editing
Edit reels with strong hooks, smooth transitions, and engaging pacing
Add subtitles, motion graphics, music, and effects aligned with trending formats
Optimize content for Instagram (aspect ratio, duration, retention strategy)
4. Social Media Execution
Collaborate on reel posting strategy (timing, captions, hashtags)
Understand what works on Instagram algorithm (retention, hooks, trends)
Suggest improvements based on reel performance
5. Brand Alignment
Maintain a consistent visual identity and premium look across all content
Ensure all content reflects the company’s design philosophy and positioning
Requirements
1–3+ years experience in videography and editing (preferably for social media)
Strong portfolio showcasing reels/short-form content (Instagram preferred)
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Good understanding of Instagram trends, audio, and viral formats
Basic scripting and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of content output
Must be comfortable visiting project sites for shoots
Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in architectural/interior shoots
Drone videography
Photography skills
Knowledge of Meta Ads creatives

15–25 high-quality reels per month
Mix of project showcases, educational content, and trend-based videos
