HD Face Movement Reference Video

I’m putting together a small, personal reference project and need a crisp HD video showing a single person performing a short series of facial-orientation moves against a neutral, plain background. Good, even lighting and clear focus are important so every motion is easy to see.
Please record the sequence below once, in the order listed, keeping each move smooth and deliberate:
1. Move your face in toward the camera, then return.
2. Turn left and right, then return to center.
3. Tilt up and down, then return to center.
4. Rotate your head clockwise in a slow circle.
5. Rotate counter-clockwise the same way.
Deliverables
• One High Definition (1080p) video file (MP4 or MOV) with clean audio, no background distractions.
• Camera steady throughout, performer framed from shoulders up against a plain backdrop.
• Total runtime can be short—just long enough to complete the five motions comfortably.
