Event Videography Needed
Budget: $550 – $1,000 USD
Our team will be flying to an event Bethesda, MD (right outside DC) and would need a skilled videographer to cover the event from start to finish, then turn the footage into a polished, marketing-use video.
The camera should stay on the pulse of the room, picking up clear audio during speeches and presentations, catching candid guest interactions, and locking onto any key ceremonies or performances as they unfold. I picture a fast-paced edit that feels authentic yet polished. We want steady shots, tasteful lower-thirds, clean colour-grade, and export in 4K.
Bring your own pro gear: mirrorless or cinema-level camera, stabiliser or gimbal, wireless lavs plus shotgun mic, and light panels for dim corners. If you hold a Part 107 licence and have a drone, mention it; aerials could be a nice bonus but aren’t mandatory.
Deliverables
• 3–4 minute highlight reel (16:9)
• 30–60 second vertical cut-down for social media
• All raw, organised footage on a shared drive
We’ll supply a detailed run-of-show, venue access info, and one on-site point of contact. Let me know your reel, gear list, shoot-day availability, and realistic turnaround time so we can capture this event perfectly.
