Event Videographer Needed – Solemnization Ceremony (Sunday, 11 January 2026)

We are looking for an event videographer to record a solemnization ceremony taking place on Sunday, 11 January 2026, at:

Outdoor venue

Time: 3:45 PM – 6:45 PM
Duration: Approximately 3 hours

This is a straightforward event recording role. We are not looking for cinematic or luxury wedding coverage, but we do require good, clear, steady high-res 4K video (16:9 format) with good audio, captured professionally in a formal setting.

Scope of work:
• Record the solemnization ceremony in 4K
• Capture key moments (processional, vows, ring exchange, signing)
• Ensure audio of the ceremony and vows is clearly recorded
• Work quietly and respectfully throughout the event
• Deliver raw footage or lightly trimmed video (extensive editing not required)

Requirements:
• Camera capable of 4K video recording
• External microphone or audio setup suitable for outdoor recording
• Prior experience filming events or ceremonies
• Comfortable filming outdoors
