Deepfake Video with Lewis Capaldi's Face and Voice for Wedding Surprise

Hi,
I'm looking for an experienced professional to create a deepfake video using Lewis Capaldi's face and voice for a personal project.
It's not a swap face. It's more like if Lewis was doing a personalised video for us.

The project details:

Length: Approximately 40 seconds

Purpose: This is for my wedding — I’m planning to surprise my wife by playing a Lewis Capaldi song on the piano, and I’d like to use the video with personalised message as an introduction

Voice: The voice should be in English

Subtitles: I would also need to have French subtitles added to the video

Quality: It doesn’t need to be extremely high-end, but it should look natural and believable

Requirements: Synchronization of facial expressions and voice with natural lip movement
