Create a Video AD with Voice Over

I want to create a video ad of atleast 30 secs for facebook media. The contents of the ad would be provided by us. The ad is for showcasing architecture design work.
You have to create voice-over, template and a high fps video that attracts our target audience. A little bit of animation might also be required.
