Corporate Event Videography Needed for Fortescue

Location: New York City (mainly Pier 36, plus other central Manhattan venues)
Dates: Monday 22 September – Friday 26 September 2025 (5 days)
Overview:
Fortescue will be hosting and taking part in a number of high-profile events during United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) week in New York. We are looking for a locally based videographer (or small team) to provide filming, sound recording and editing support across the week.
The exact number of events requiring coverage is still being finalised, but we expect to need filming at a mixture of keynote addresses, panel discussions and evening receptions, with most activity centred at Pier 36. We are currently looking for an indicative ballpark quote for comparable services.
Scope of Work (indicative):
• On-site filming across up to 5 days of events.
• High-quality audio recording.
• Quick-turnaround edits for daily social highlights.
• Final short wrap-up video summarising the week.
• Delivery of raw footage plus edited packages.
What We’re Asking For:
• A ballpark estimate for 5 days of filming, sound and editing support in New York.
• Please include typical day rates for filming, sound, editing and equipment rental.
• Any additional or expected costs (hard drives, insurance, travel within NYC, etc.).
Additional Information:
• This is an early scoping exercise — the exact schedule and number of events are still to be confirmed.
• We are prioritising New York-based freelancers/teams (no travel/accommodation required).
