Corporate Event Reel Coverage

I’m running a half-day corporate event and need a social-media-minded videographer who can be on site, film vertically, and later transform the best moments into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels. You’ll move between the stage and the crowd so every speech, presentation, networking exchange, and entertainment segment feels immediate and engaging on screen.
During the event you’ll capture:
• Speeches and presentations with clean audio
• Candid networking interactions
• Any activities or entertainment that bring energy to the room
Deliverables
• All raw vertical footage from the day
• A set of polished Reels (15–60 sec each) with color correction, captions, and royalty-free music or event audio
• Matching cover thumbnails ready for upload
I’ll share the run-of-show, brand guidelines, and creative notes ahead of time. If you already shoot with a gimbal or stabilizer and edit in mobile-first tools like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush, you’re the perfect fit.
