Conference highlight reel in Botswana

I’ll be receiving an award at a two-day conference on October 30 & 31, and I want the big moments captured on video. I need someone who can shadow me throughout both days, record the key interactions and the award presentation, then turn that footage into a short, energetic highlight reel. Scope is intentionally lean: • Capture high-quality video only (no photos required). • Focus on the award ceremony, candid reactions, and a few atmosphere shots. • Produce a concise highlight reel (around one to two minutes) that feels upbeat and share-ready. Basic clean cuts and a light music track are plenty—no heavy effects or elaborate graphics. Please bring your own camera, on-board audio, and basic stabilizer. After the event, share the raw footage plus the finished reel via a cloud link within a week.
