Commercial for Real Estate Investors

I'm looking for an experienced videographer to help me with a real estate commercial. We will be shooting on-site at one location, so no on-camera talent will be required. We won't need to shoot at multiple locations, so there's no need to worry about any extra travel time. The right candidate will have a portfolio that , the necessary equipment to capture top-quality video, and the ability to complete the project quickly and efficiently.
(No post-editing needed. Just filming).
