Capture 90th Birthday Memories
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
My family is planning a very special 90th-birthday celebration for my aunt at Earl’s in Peddler’s Village on Saturday, 9/8/2025, starting at 5:30 PM. I need an experienced event videographer who can blend unobtrusive, candid coverage with a few lightly directed moments so we end up with a polished yet natural keepsake.
What I’m looking for:
• Arrive early enough to set up and capture décor, guests arriving, and the overall atmosphere.
• Record the entire party—from toasts to cake cutting—while also pulling guests aside (only if they’re comfortable) for short on-camera birthday wishes and a favorite memory.
• Use multiple audio sources or a reliable on-camera mic so voices and ambient sound are crisp.
• Incorporate tasteful royalty-free music during the edit; no copyrighted tracks required.
• Deliver a fully edited film in the 2- to 3-hour range that flows chronologically, plus a short title card and simple lower thirds for guest names. Raw footage is a nice-to-have, but the primary deliverable is the finished video file in 1080p or higher.
I don’t need elaborate motion graphics or cinematic effects—just clean cuts, balanced color, and clear audio so we can relive the evening exactly as it happened. If this sounds like the right fit, please tell me about similar milestone events you’ve covered and what gear you plan to bring.
