Candid Housewarming Photo & Video Coverage

I’m planning an intimate house-warming with just close family and I’d like a photographer–videographer who can quietly move around the space, catching the natural flow of the day rather than setting up formal shots.

The main priority is to showcase the house itself—its décor, lighting, and overall ambiance—so our friends abroad can feel as if they were here. Of course, if a touching moment unfolds, capture it, but décor and atmosphere come first.

Deliverables
• 60+ high-resolution, color-corrected candid photos highlighting rooms, details, and organically unfolding interactions
• A short cinematic video (2-3 minutes) that stitches together the best moments and décor shots, set to royalty-free background music
• All raws provided on request, plus final edited files delivered via a shared drive within one week of the shoot

Please bring your preferred DSLR or mirrorless kit, a gimbal for smooth walkthrough footage, and discreet lighting if needed; I want the house to read exactly as it feels in person—warm and lived-in. Let me know about your availability and a link to similar candid interior or event work.
