Brand-Aligned Corporate Event Video

I need a skilled videographer who can film our upcoming corporate events and then craft an edit that feels unmistakably “on brand.” You’ll be on-site for the full program, capturing keynote speeches and presentations, the buzz of networking interactions, plus the décor and ambiance that frame the day.

Our brand guidelines—colors, type, motion style, music cues, logo usage—will be in your hands before the event so you can bake them into lower-thirds, transitions, LUTs and any animated bumpers right from the first draft. Smooth, polished, and consistent with what our audience already knows is the benchmark.

Deliverables
• A 1-2 minutes highlight video for web/LinkedIn
• A 30-second vertical teaser for social stories
• Clean, full-length recordings of each speech (speaker and slide feed)
• All raw footage and project files arranged logically in the cloud
