I want a video generating and youtube uploading software.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
1. There is a text (fairy tale, poem, news) + an image + a title
2. At https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/cognitive-services/text-to-speech/#features, the software sets the narrator that matches my settings.
3. Read the text while capturing a capture video of the image and audio - or save the text to an audio file and merge it with the image into a video
4. Upload the created video to my youtube channel (note login information - copy the read text into the description + the title of the youtube video title.
5. I want a simple gui where I select based on the page in what language, speed, st read + an input field for the text + 1 image field + 1 title field + 1 youtube channel login field
