Basically the user of my website app should be able to download the video for them to watch later.
1. Download video
available in hls format . m3u8 to be specific)
I need to be able to download videos selected by the user and stored on my server in all qualities available (low, mid, high)
2. The downloaded videos to be stored on the user device ( Probably a cellphone) These videos can then be viewed offline.

1.Video should be open only through app
2. The Video should be somehow encrypted so that the user cannot send it to others to view.
3.After downloading delete download button should show corresponding to video and it should be functional.
