Curator of online video passages of famous individuals

To be presenting me with links or downloads that have a few seconds of video showing particular individuals with, say, their eyes gazing in a particular direction, or matching other specifications. We seek four characters, video excerpts of whom are abundant online -- Barack Obama, Mark Zuckerberg, Andrew McCabe, and Hillary Clinton. (Their function will be insertion into an editorial video.) The video attachment here was translated to low-def in order not to violate Freelancer's maximum allowed, and in order to give contestants an idea of the intended end results; the shortcoming now is that the characters often have their gaze toward a location that doesn't match their shoulders or have their gaze straight toward us viewers, with a creepy and unlifelike result. Better chosen source video passages are needed. (By U.S. law, there's no copyright infringement to worry about in expropriating any found video passage, since my video creation will be an editorial opinion and nothing commercial.)
