Key preferences
• Location: indoor or outdoor is fine; whatever is easiest for you.
• Atmosphere: keep it casual, just a relaxed home setting rather than a noisy gym crowd.
• Quality: shoot in Full HD (1080p) on a phone or camera that can hold a steady image. Natural light or a well-lit room works best.
• Length: minimum 60 seconds, maximum 120 seconds.
