gstreamer Bug: Seek not functioning in dynamic Pipeline

We have a dynamic pipeline set up which requires seeks as files are switched. The process works the first time, however, fails for each consecutive process. Please do not apply if you do not have expert experience with gStreamer and have knowledge of pipelines development.
