Streaming Platform QA Testers

Job ID: 40522146

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I run a newly launched video-on-demand platform and want real users from various parts of the world to tell me, in plain language, whether everything streams as it should. The tasks are straightforward and suitable even if you have never done professional testing before—if you can watch a show online and note what you see, you already have most of the skills required.

Here is the flow you will follow once onboarded:
1. Log in with the test credentials I provide.
2. Play a mix of movies, series episodes, and live channels for at least 20–30 minutes each, switching resolutions and language tracks where available.
3. Jot down anything odd: buffering, dropped frames, audio sync problems, or subtitles that appear late or mistranslated.
4. Submit a short report through the form I supply (screenshots or screen recordings welcome).

What I care about most is honest, region-specific feedback: how quickly the site loads for you, whether local content recommendations make sense, and if your home internet speed affects playback quality. A simple rating (Excellent / Fair / Poor) for each title tested plus a paragraph of notes is enough.

Deliverables
• A completed test report for each content batch assigned (typically 3–5 titles).
• Any supporting screenshots or clips showing the issue.
• A brief wrap-up comment on overall user experience.

I will provide clear templates, step-by-step instructions, and quick response to your questions, so there is no steep learning curve. All work is remote and can be done on your own time within the 24-hour window I set for each round.

If you have a reliable internet connection and a desktop, phone, or smart TV capable of HD streaming, I would be happy to add you to the tester pool.
