Stream videos

I had a developer to create an app for me. The app is a fitness video library. These videos are 3 minutes-5 minutes, each and I have roughly 200 of them on the app but plan to add hundreds, possibly thousands more. The trouble is, I am hosting these videos from my godaddy private server. This causes long buffing time and pauses for users during video play.

I need to set up my videos/app to stream hosting in order to play back smoothly. I am looking to make this work with my current app. Please let me know if you can help with this.
