Replace Webcam With MP4 during whatsApp video call

I need to play an MP4 file as my camera feed so that, during a WhatsApp video call on Windows, the other party sees the recorded video full-screen instead of my live webcam.
The job is to set up and prove a working pipeline (for example with OBS Studio + VirtualCam, ManyCam, or any comparable virtual-webcam solution) that:
• Lets me choose an MP4 file before or during the call
